Dr. Ghulam Ishaq Khan
Founder & President
Dr. Ghulam Ishaq Khan is the President and Founder of Drop of Life. He practices Family Medicine / Geriatrics in Connecticut, USA. He was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan where he served on various charity platforms in Pakistan. He noticed that one of the most heart breaking problems was lack of access to clean water in his community. Every year people suffer from different water borne diseases, and they lack clean water supply especially during extremely hot weather. Dr. Khan started his project in March 2019 by installing an electric water cooler in Karachi. Gradually he expanded his efforts and other people joined him in this noble cause.
Dr. Khan likes to spend his free time with his family, and enjoys photography and exploring nature.
Dr. Babar Malik
Director
Dr. Babar Malik was born in Karachi, Pakistan and defines himself as Health Care Provider, Social Activist, Illustrator and Entrepreneur. He has lived major part of his life in Karachi and knows the quintessence of the city. He is a firm believer of this notion that Adversity is one of the most powerful forces in life. It can bring out your best or your worst. Pakistan is a country which is a home of 197 million humans. On the contrary average Pakistani have to suffer a lot for basic amenities of life such as clean water not because they don’t have resources but it can be very easily attributable to lack of basic infrastructure. He has strong conviction that Drop of Life with its clear mission and enthusiastic team of volunteers can make difference in providing safe and clean water to underserved population of our country.
Beside his job he loves to play cricket and gives his valuable time to his kids and wife.
Dr. Ghulam Sajjad Khan
Director
Dr. Ghulam Sajjad Khan, a resident physician working in New Jersey. He worked with different non profit organizations in Pakistan and also in New Jersey ( for over 5 years). He believes “Drop of Life works to develop and strengthen our community by providing the clean drinkable water to those in need. It’s mission is to improve the quality of life of underprivileged and poor people of Pakistan.”
Dr. Sajjad always pushed his core values in our organization in context of strong team work with honesty and integrity.
